Some very basic footwork drills to work on.

This year we are working on the first five drills in this video at every practice
to help the girls develop a good feel for the ball.  I would encourage all of them
to make the time to work on these drills for 15 minutes a night.  These drills
shouldn't take much space and could probably be done indoors if no
outside space is available.
